Shweta Tiwari’s Daughter Palak Tiwari Opens Up About Their Personal Battles: 'I Have Seen My Mom Go Through Everything'
Daughter of TV actress Shweta Tiwari, Palak Tiwari opened up about witnessing her mother’s struggle when hit by a rough patch in her personal life
TV actress Shweta Tiwari's claim to fame was popular TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay produced by TV czarina Ekta Kapoor in 2001. Though post which the actress was one of the most recognized divas on the small screen, she was unlucky when it came to her off-screen life. Two broken marriages had many a times left the actress struggling, but she has courageously risen above every time. On Mother’s Day, her daughter Palak Tiwari spilled the beans about her rock-solid and strong mother Shweta Tiwari during her conversation with an entertainment portal.
Both her marriages Raja Chaudhary and Abhinav Kohli ended on a bitter note; the actress was reported to have been a victim of domestic violence. Shweta’s daughter Palak with Raja Chaudhary, mentioned in conversation with Pinkvilla.com how her mother faced all the struggles in her personal life and came up as a winner. Thus, she feels proud of her, as she has seen her mother go through a lot.
She was quoted saying by Pinkvilla, “I am constantly proud of her. I think even while growing up, I used to be so proud when my mother came for a parent-teacher meeting. I was like ‘that’s my mom’. Your parent doesn’t need to be an actor or super famous for you to feel that way.”
“The personal battles that we have faced… I have seen her go through everything. The kind of things I have seen her deal with, so many of which I am still discovering, and the more I learn about it, the more I am like, ‘How is she sane? How is she the way she is?’” adds Palak. Palak also mentioned how her mother Shweta never let negativity overpower her during those upsetting phases of life, Palak, said, “Because people handle things differently and when you are at a low point in your life, people are more susceptible to and let vice take over you, but what I commend about her is that even when she was at the lowest point in her life, she did not let vice take over her. Post her son Reyansh Kohli’s birth she took time off from her work, only to return to the screen in 2019 with the TV show, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, and her debut in digital space with web show, Hum Tum And Them.
